Linda Bussell, President and Owner of Acquire IQ, LLC

Linda is a Human Resources leader with broad experience across a wide range of industries including retail, CPG, healthcare, and hospitality. With over 25 years experience hiring and selecting top talent, she has helped both businesses build their Talent Acquisition organizations and helped job seekers identify career opportunities and build profiles that get noticed by employers and recruiters.

In an extensive Human Resources career, Linda has held leadership positions in Talent Acquisition, DE&I and HR Information Systems as well as providing HR Business Partner consulting to senior and C-Suite leaders, always focused on ensuring businesses have the talent they need to achieve their goals.

Skilled in building talent acquisition strategies, Linda has helped companies uncover their authentic employer brand and improved the attraction of talented and diverse candidates within US and global markets. She’s led HR Technology selection and implementation and built efficient and effective processes across all areas of human resources. 

Linda believes that in helping organizations’ efforts to build exceptional talent acquisition processes, and guiding candidates to effectively present their skills and achievements, both will realize the ultimate goal of matching the best qualified candidate to meaningful career opportunities.
